Log into your Mineblock account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of your request.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
